If your equipment develops a fault or breaks down after the warranty has expired, we can assist you in finding a reliable repairer or sourcing a replacement machine quickly—sometimes within a day.
Returns
If your business needs change or the equipment no longer suits your requirements, you may have the option to return it to SilverChef. To arrange a return, SilverChef requires four weeks' notice of your intention.
